Clarksville Homes is a small, personal, one on one, building company that is not trying to be the biggest builder in town. Our goal is to focus on quality, rather then quantity. Another major aspect of our company is building a home that is energy efficient. It is important to have a well built home that will be energy efficient. Our home buyers work very hard for their money. A non energy efficient home allows heat and cool air to seep right through the walls. The homeowners are then left to suffer the consequences. Many people do not see how a home is built - just the color of the walls. Our goal is to educate the buyers of Clarksville as to what quality looks like.
James has also bought over a dozen "fixer- upper “houses over the years and re-sold after remodeling. In 2010 he became a TN licensed Realtor.
